Leadership development fund was used for financing 3 days of formal training in staff leadership and management in Auckland that is spread over duration of 4 months. The training provided after consulting with the senior manager of Abano rehabilitation. This training was provided by VV training. Appointed RCS team leaders come from many different backgrounds that have different skills, approach to staff leadership. Hence, the main goal of the training was learning how to work in group, giving support to each other in the development of RCA team leader position and learning from the experiences of each others. Due to this useful training, team leaders at RCA team learned many new things for facilitating the process of mutual support within their team. Through this useful training, many new team leaders who are new to the organization got best ideas and problem solving tips.

The knowledge and skills of the team leaders will surely help the organization in getting huge benefits. All the team leaders have been told to share their experiences with other new team members. Suggestions got from the meetings will be sent to the senior staff group for contemplation.
