Located in Bloomington, CA, Cedar house rehabilitation center is ideally situated to serve residents of San Bernardino, Riverside Counties and anyone who would like to benefit from the services. Started by the name "Amigo House" in 1973, in those days it was a rehabilitation center for men recovering from alcohol addiction. It has since then grown from a 12 bed facility to a full-fledged rehabilitation center with 125 beds providing rehabilitation from different kinds of chemical dependencies.

The Cedar House Rehabilitation center has Drug and Alcohol license issued from State of California and is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities) too.

Programs

The list of rehabilitation and educational (awareness) programs offered at CHRC includes:

  • Seven (7) day detoxification (drug and alcohol detoxification)
  • Adult residential treatment
  • Adult outpatient program

  • Dual diagnosis

  • Driving under the influence (DUI) program

Group sessions for young citizens are divided in two categories:

  • Adolescents (12-16 years of age)
  • Young adults (18-25 years of age)

The program for women with children is a residential program and it includes women who are pregnant / parenting or parenting women and their young children. However, to avoid any legal difficulties, women above 18 years of age are only admitted. The program also boasts of Maple House, a residential social model facility which provides secluded and comfortable environment for family reintegration. This integrated program on an average is for a period of 3-6 months and follows renowned 12 step rehabilitation program.

The therapeutic curriculum at Cedar House Rehabilitation Center includes various treatments ranging from individual counseling to group therapies. The group activities are always conducted under the guidance of experts with constant observation. The list encompasses:

Additionally Cedar House Rehabilitation Center has separate programs for alcohol addiction and DWI (driving without impairment) program. There are specialized programs offered for certain impairments such as:

To provide financial assistance for its patients, the center accepts patients under 'Public Assistance Coverage' and insurance coverage, post verification. All programs at Cedar House Rehabilitation Center include follow-up care at no additional cost.

However, the center does not accept patients under Medicare coverage. All treatments offered at Cedar House Rehabilitation Center are in line with its policy to provide highest quality treatment services with complete moral and ethical responsibility.
