Aquatics center: CMRC has one of the premium recreational swimming pools in the country. Additionally it has a pool for heated therapy with amazing elevating floor. The center also provides certification courses for lifeguard and water safety instructor. These courses are developed by American Red Cross. The aquatic center also offers swimming lessons for people of all age groups and abilities. The 6-level, "Learn to Swim" swimming lesson developed by American Red Cross is also provided for swimming enthusiasts. The Aquatic center at Crotched Mountain rehabilitation center administers therapies for treatment of ailments like asthma, oncology, arthritis and neurological and orthopedic impairments. Fitness classes at the center include 'adult water fitness' and 'stretch your stress'. The aquatic center also conducts recreational swimming classes such as family swim, tot family swim, community special needs swim, individual lap swim and senior lap swim. Cedar's point: At Cedar point, Crotched mountain rehabilitation center offers residential treatment program for children with specific health, and educational needs. The center has adequate staffing in the ration of 2:1 during day time and 8:1 in sleep hours. Specialty hospital: This is a 62 bed facility providing 24 x 7 care to children and adults with disabilities seeking rehabilitation treatment. The center has provision for specialized treatment of brain and spinal cord injuries and other severe medical conditions. The hospital gives due importance to family as well. It ensures that families of patients are involved in developing care treatment plans. Family participation is encouraged in most of therapies administered as part of rehabilitation program. This helps in motivating and inspiring the participating patients towards effective and quick recovery.
