St. Lawrence rehabilitation center was originally a 203 bed facility, known by name 'Morris Health and Rehabilitation Center'. It was dedicated by the Most Reverend George W. Ahr on 22 May, 1971. However, with the passage of time, to meet the growth and expansion plans, the facility was restructured with a decreased bed capacity of 129-beds. These beds are divided suitably with 56 assigned for rehabilitation needs and remaining 73 beds for long term care patients. The New Jersey rehabilitation center offers a wide spectrum of services ranging from physical therapies to brain injury therapies under its inpatient, outpatient and community welfare initiatives.
