Woodrow Wilson rehabilitation center is a Rehabilitation hospital in Fishersvillle, Virginia, United States. It is named after President Woodrow Wilson; under whose tenure first ever law on 'Federal Vocational Rehabilitation Act' was signed in 1920. The act was brought into legislation to help people with disabilities in the industry.

Woodrow Wilson rehabilitation center is the first state run rehabilitation hospital in Virginia. It is situated in the city of , Virginia State. The hospital provides comprehensive services in the form of medical treatments and therapeutic training to help individuals with disabilities to return to work and live independently.'

The center has a facility for 76 licensed beds. It is accredited by JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations). The center started operating from Woodrow Wilson General Hospital, a facility which was declared surplus asset post world war. It became operational on November 1, 1947.
