Journal for Clinical Rehabilitation (Tissue Engineering)Journals for clinical rehabilitation (Tissue Engineering) are here to provide easy and open access and rigorous peer reviewed forum for the publication of scientific research in the field of tissue engineering.
What is tissue engineering? Tissue engineering is the science of living cells. Basically it is the amalgamation of cells through engineering and material methods to using biochemical and physiochemical factors to improve and replace biological functions. It is associated with applications that repair or replace the portions of or whole tissues like bone, cartilage, blood vessels, bladder, skin, etc. It is a very progressive and dynamic field and a lot of research work is being done in it in labs and research centers worldwide. A very popular journal providing relevant information on the research work and latest developments of tissue engineering is the Journal of clinical rehabilitative tissue engineering (CRTER). It is a highly specialized journal in tissue engineering area and is read and followed by people engaged in tissue engineering all around the globe. CRTER is sponsored by Chinese rehabilitation medical association. The journal is published by the editorial board of CRTER. It is a China based monthly issue that contains abstracts in both English and simplified Chinese. Full text PDF's are also available in simplified Chinese. The journal was first launched in 1997. It comes in 200 pages or issue and is distributed weekly all over the world. Each journal consists of 40 to 50 articles comprising of 150 authors and an overall whopping 12 thousand authors per year. CRTER publishes the following type of articles:
Aim and scope of CRTER CRTER aims at rapidly publishing the latest progress in biomaterials, stem cells, organ transplant, medical implants, and digital medicine. It focuses on the highest level of tissue engineering research in China, and aims to highlight the unique scientific characteristics of each article.
The field of tissue engineering is multidisciplinary in nature and requires knowledge and understanding of cell biology, biophysics, materials and biomaterial science and clinical applicability. The Journal of clinical rehabilitative tissue engineering has a broad range from the fundamental of stem cells and their expansion to variable numbers coupled with an understanding of their differentiation, and other related aspects. |
